Return & Replacement Policy
- Return/Replacement request should be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
- Customer has to ship the Return/Replacement product by themselves. No pick-up would be arranged. Neither will the cost of return be refunded.
- For Replacement, customer does not have to pay anything extra. But the customer bares the cost of returning the original product back to Hanuman Ecom.
- Preferred shipping method for return of the product is via India Post's Speed Post. But the customer is free to choose their own shipping method as long as the shipment can be tracked and reaches in good condition.
- For the Returned product, Shipping Costs incurred will not be Refunded. For example, if the product was bought for a cost of ₹1000, and if the cost breakdown is ₹900 (including taxes) + ₹100 (approx. Shipping cost), the Refund will be ₹900 only.
- Refund/Replacement will be initiated within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product in its original condition.
- Acceptance of Return/Replacement request is subject to Hanuman Ecom's discretion.
